A Royal Taste of Scotlant

Scotland is part of the United Kingdom and covers the northern third of the Island of Great Britain. Thought the country occupies a small territory, the same territory is a land full of treasures.

Once not seen as a place of refined gastronomy, Scotland is leaving this image in the past. Nowadays the country is not only known by their excellent malt, but also its restaurants are competing with the best restaurants in Europe.

Carolyn Robb has been born and raised in South Africa and began to cook once she was bigger enough to hold a spoon! A talented cook, her dream was to cook for the Royal Family. And, dreams come true...
After obtaining a Cordon Blue Cookery Degree with honors, the chef started working in the Kensington Palace, first as the TRH for the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, and then 2 years later being the TRH for The Prince and Princess of Wales. After 13 years of Royal Household, the chef left and moved to Dubai starting working in different projects that include setting up her own company, writting for the time out magazine, cooking for famous hotels and restaurants, etc.
